Recommended lead time
Small vehicles (SUV / 4×4 van): 48 hours notice where possible.
Coaster / coach charters (large groups): 7–21 days (earlier for public holidays).
Peak season (July–Oct) or complex multi-day safari transfers: 2–3 months recommended.
Deposit & payment note
A deposit is usually required to secure vehicles and drivers. Deposits and cancellation terms appear in the vehicle-hire quote. Final payments and driver allowances are collected per the quote and our Terms & Conditions.
